AVAILABILITY & ORDERING ITEMS

When purchasing an item it is always possible that the purchased item can not be processed in case of a lack of availability. We will cancel the order and contact the buyer through e-mail. Please keep in mind All items are limited! When placing an order for the first time, you may either check in as a guest or open an account with us. Placing an order requires the registration of the customer or the logging in of the customer into the customer account.Your order on our website must have no direct relationship with a business activity and must be strictly limited to your personal use.

SHIPPING

The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer in the order at the latest on the date indicated during the order and according to the country of delivery. SAINTROSE puts forth its best efforts to issue the order within a maximum lead time of 30 days and undertakes that this delivery will be carried out within 3 business days as of the order.
In the event of a delay in delivery exceeding 7 business days in relation to the maximum lead time above, the customer may contact SAINTROSE by email to request cancellation of his/her order within 30 business days. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please note customers ordering outside Europe will be responsible for all import tax charges.

RETURN POLICY

Any products purchased in the sale cannot be returned only exchange for another size if available. Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us for the quickest response.

Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered items, All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All products must be unworn and unwashed. The term begins with the receipt of the goods. We don´t cover the shipping costs of returning your goods.

LOST AND MISSING ITEMS

SAINTROSE is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After sending the purchased item the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.
